A
Talisman is an object that stimulates positive powers and attracts the energy
you want.
An
Amulet keeps off energy you don’t want and protects against mischief. In other
words:
a
talisman brings happiness and an amulet protects against misfortune. The word
amulet
comes
from the latin ‘amuletum’ which means ‘manner of protection’. These
objects are usually worn
on
a chain or string around the neck. The use of talismans and amulets is very old
and universal.
The
rabbit paw is very well known, but the little cross, worn to protect against bad
luck,
is
another commonly used amulet. Talismans and amulets are usually made of natural
substances,
like
wood, stone, bone, herb bags, shells – even little pieces of written parchment
can serve
as
amulets or talismans. Natural materials, especially wood, are very compatible
with our life energy.

Intension
is essential

the highest intension is good enough
One
of the fields in which Marcel specializes since 1996 is the preparation of
amulets and talismans.
Inspiration
comes either from inside, or from outside – the latter being the case when he
composes
a
‘custom-made’ charm for a customer – and even then the process is in
essence an inner one.

The best thing you can do, is to make your talisman yourself.
The
second best thing is to have it made by someone who has dedicated his
life to this art
and
who can mediate between this and the other reality. He can ‘catch’
the symbolic keys for you.
